Holiday Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs, slightly beaten
    6 slices bread, cubed (including crust)
    1 lb. hot sausage, cooked and crumbled
    2 c. milk
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Mix milk, salt, mustard and eggs and pour over other ingredients, tossing lightly.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Refrigerate 12 hours.
    Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0 for a souffle breakfast.
