Broccoli Cheese Potato Topper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1 c. cooked broccoli flowerets
    4 hot baked potatoes, split
Preparation
    In a 1 1/2-quart saucepan, stir in soup, sour cream and mustard and heat thoroughly.
    Stir occasionally.
    Stir in broccoli and heat.
    Spoon over potatoes.
    Makes 4 servings.
