Easy Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. softened butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 egg yolks
Preparation

Place all ingredients in saucepan.
Allow to stand for 30 or more minutes.
Cook over gentle heat, stirring constantly, with wooden spoon.
In 2 to 3 minutes, sauce will thicken.
Serve immediately.
Makes 2/3 cup.
