Spaghetti Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1 (15 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    8 oz. cooked and drained spaghetti, broken
    1 to 2 c. shredded Mozzarella
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, cook beef, onion and garlic until beef is brown and onion is tender; drain. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms, sugar, oregano and salt.
    Bring meat mixture to boiling; boil gently, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove meat sauce from heat. Stir in drained, cooked spaghetti. Place 1/2 of mixture in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Top with remaining mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
