Casserole Shashlik (Kabobs Without Skewers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3-1/2 lb. boneless lamb, cut into cubes
    2 large onions, sliced
    3/4 c. raisins
    1 tsp. whole coriander seeds or (4 tsp. powdered)
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Place cubed lamb in 1-1/2 qt. casserole. Top with sliced onions and raisins; sprinkle with spices. Cove and bake until lamb is very tender 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Serves 6.
