Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    1 stick margarine, softened
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, softened
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    pecans
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except pecans). Roll in 2 logs and chill. Cut in slices (1/4-inch). Place on greased cookie sheet. Add 1/2 pecan on top of each, if desired. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
