Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
    4 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped nuts
    4 egg whites, beaten stiffly
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in order, except the nuts and egg whites.
    Beat well.
    Add nuts.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour into ungreased tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes. Let cool before turning out of pan.
