Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    2 c. buttermilk
    5 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. shortening
Preparation
    Mix yeast and water.
    Let set aside for 5 minutes.
    Add buttermilk.
    Set the liquid mixture aside.
    Combine dry ingredients and cut in shortening until it looks like peas.
    Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients.
    Mix together with a fork until all are moistened.
