Instant Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
1 large onion, sliced thinly
1 large green pepper, cut in strips
1 large red sweet pepper
3 c. sugar
1/3 c. salt
2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Store in glass container with tight cover and refrigerate.
Will keep 3 months.
