Lizzie'S Egg Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. fresh milk
    1 qt. thick sour milk or buttermilk
    6 eggs, beaten
    salt
Preparation
    Bring fresh milk to a boil, then add sour milk or buttermilk and beaten eggs.
    Bring to a boil again; add salt to taste.
    Drain in cheesecloth and pack into a cheese mold.
