Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg, beaten
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 (17 oz.) can whole corn
    1 box corn muffin mix
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    4 slices Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; pour into an 8 x 12-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
