Microwave Oven Yummy Fudge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Melt butter and chocolate together in microwave oven on High for about 1 1/2 minutes.
    In a medium bowl, beat eggs well.
    Add the sugar slowly, along with the vanilla and salt.
    Pour the melted butter and chocolate into bowl slowly, stirring well. Blend in the flour.
    Pour into a greased 8 or 9-inch glass pie pan.
    Microwave on High for three minutes.
    Turn dish and cook three minutes longer.
    Cool and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
    This pie freezes well.
