Blueberry Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. soft butter
    2 c. sugar
    8 large eggs
    4 c. flour
    4 c. blueberries
    4 Tbsp. minced lemon rind
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Lightly butter 2 loaf pans or tube pan. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Beat in eggs one at a time.
    Gently fold in all but 3 tablespoons of flour 1/4 cup at a time.
    Toss blueberries with lemon rind and remaining flour.
    Fold into batter and pour into pan(s).
    Bake 1 hour and 30 to 50 minutes, depending on pan size.
    Cool completely before unmolding.
    Let stand overnight before serving.
    Can be prepared several days ahead and can be frozen.
