Raisin Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1 1/3 c. cooked long grain rice
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    2/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Stir well. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
    Place in a pan with 1-inch water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
