Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    4 tsp. beef flavored bouillon
    1 1/3 c. apricot preserves
    2 Tbsp. concentrated lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine beef, crumbs, egg and 2 teaspoons bouillon; mix well. Shape into 1 1/4 inch balls; brown in large skillet.
    Remove from pan; drain fat.
    In skillet, combine preserves, lemon juice and 2 teaspoons bouillon over low heat.
    Cook and stir 10 minutes.
    Add meatballs.
    Simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes.
