Potato Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 small head cabbage, cored and sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1 small onion, chopped
2 slices fat-free ham or turkey sausage, chopped into small pieces or circles
1/2 tsp. dill weed or 3 sprigs fresh dill, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
salt to taste
10 3/4 oz. can Campbell's Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Stir gently and return to heat.
Do not boil.
Add 2 tablespoons vinegar (if desired) for a sharper taste.
