Oven Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can lunch meat
1/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. finely grated onions
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can whole new potatoes or 8 medium size
1 (8 oz.) can Hunt's sauce
2 tsp. brown sugar

Preparation

Cut meat lengthwise, not quite through, into 8 slices.
Place in greased shallow baking dish.
Mix Hunt's sauce, water and seasoning.
Pour over meat.
Arrange potatoes around meat.
Bake in hot oven (425\u00b0), about 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
