Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef, cubed (about 1/2-inch squares)
    1 c. onions
    2 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
    1 jalapeno pepper
    1 c. water
    2 (30 oz.) cans chili beans or kidney beans
Preparation
    Chop onions, garlic and jalapeno pepper.
    Mix all ingredients except beans.
    Simmer 2 hours on low.
    Add beans and cook 1 more hour.
