Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese
1 tube Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Crush crackers and mix with margarine.
Cook vegetables and drain.
Put in baking dish.
Mix onion, celery, mayonnaise and cheese.
Spread over other vegetables.
Top with crackers mixed with margarine.
Bake 20 minutes, covered.
Uncover and bake 5 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
