English Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen English peas
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
    2 medium-sized sweet or dill pickles, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sweet pepper or pimento, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Toss lightly with mayonnaise. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
    Serves 2 to 4.
