Holiday Chicken For A Crowd - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 pieces chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. dry white wine or sherry
3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 carton sour cream
Preparation

Brown chicken in butter.
Put the chicken into a deep casserole.
Brown the mushrooms.
Mix the 3 cans of soup thoroughly and do not dilute.
Pour over chicken.
Put browned mushrooms on top.
If you can, refrigerate overnight to enhance the flavor.
Before baking, add white wine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
