White Bean Bacon Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    2 oz. Canadian bacon, chopped
    2 (19 oz.) cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
    3/4 tsp. dried leaf thyme, crumbled
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced carrots, thawed
    1 can chicken broth
Preparation
    Heat oil in medium size nonstick saucepan.
    Add onion, garlic and bacon.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add half the beans, the thyme, carrots and chicken broth; cook 3 minutes.
