Hungarian Goulash(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. softened butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. paprika
Preparation
    Brown round steak in oil in electric frying pan or heavy skillet.
    Add salt and pepper.
    While browning, dissolve bouillon cubes in 2 cups boiling water.
    Add hot bouillon to browned beef. Add bay leaf, cloves, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.
    Cook slowly (simmer) for 2 hours.
    Add water as needed.
    Add potatoes and carrots.
    Add water, if needed.
    Simmer 45 minutes.
    In a separate bowl, cream together softened butter, flour and paprika until smooth.
    Slowly stir into meat and vegetables.
    Stir gently until liquid is thickened.
