100% Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. dry yeast
    2 c. scalded milk
    1/4 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. warm water
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. molasses
    8 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in large mixing bowl.
    Scald milk and mix in oil, honey, molasses and salt.
    When milk is cool, add to yeast and stir.
    Stir in flour, a bit at a time.
    Turn out on floured board and knead.
    Let rise in covered bowl until doubled. Punch down.
    Separate into 2 or 3
    loaves and shape loaves.
    Let rise in bread pans 30 to 40 minutes.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
