Swiss Oatmeal(Breakfast Treat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups oats
    4 cups half and half
    1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 apple (chopped)
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix all together and refrigerate overnight.
    Serve cold.
