Pinto Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

ground beef/chuck
1 can tomatoes (whole)
1 green pepper (large)
1 onion (large)
1 bag pinto beans (small)
salt to taste
pepper
spaghetti seasoning
1 box Jiffy cornbread
Preparation

Cook beans ahead of time.
Cook ground beef in saucepan until brown.
Add green pepper, onion, tomatoes and spices or seasonings.
Mix cornbread as directed on box.
In deep dish baking pan, layer ground beef mixture and pinto beans, rotating both until pan is full, then pour cornbread over the top and bake in oven until cornbread is baked.
