Burgogi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean roast
    3 onions, sliced
    3 garlic, mashed
    1/2 tsp. sesame seed
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Slice meat very thin.
    Add all ingredients in small bowl and mix together with hands for at least 5 minutes.
    Let set for 1 to 2 hours.
    Prepare a large frying pan at high heat until pan gets very hot. Then put half of prepared meat in frying pan and stir-fry quickly for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Do other half the same way, then serve hot.
