Oven Crisp Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fine cracker crumbs
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. water
    eggplant, cut into 6 pieces, lengthwise
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    salt and pepper
    pinch of oregano
    1 tsp. bread crumbs
    1 pat butter
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
