Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    4 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 egg
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water, using a spoon.
    Mix remaining ingredients together.
    You can make up batter ahead of time and then bake.
    Grease muffin pan and fill about half full.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for around 20 minutes.
