Potato Mix-Up - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. red bliss potatoes
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
10 oz. frozen broccoli florets
Preparation

Boil potatoes until soft enough to pierce easily with a fork; drain.
Cook broccoli per package directions.
Mash potatoes until chunky with spoon or hand masher.
Mix all ingredients together. Put mixture into microwave or oven until cheese melts.
