Oven Baked Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 doz. eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion

Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Melt butter in baking dish.
Beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt.
Stir in onion.
Pour in baking dish (9 x 13 x 2-inch).
Bake until eggs are set, but still moist (about 35 minutes).
