6-Week Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) pkg. Raisin Bran
    3 c. sugar
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    4 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 qt. buttermilk
    raisins (optional)
    pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Beat eggs (good) and add to oil and buttermilk.
    Add to all dry ingredients and mix well.
    Store in refrigerator overnight before the first baking.
