Sausage Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    1 can corn (cream-style)
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    2 c. (8 oz.) grated cheese (plain or Velveeta Mexican)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Brown sausage with onion and drain. Combine meal, eggs, corn, milk and oil.
    Pour half of mixture into iron skillet.
    Sprinkle sausage mix and cheese.
    Pour rest of batter on top.
    Bake 30 or 40 minutes.
