Whole Wheat Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin (2 c.)
3 eggs
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine sugar, pumpkin, eggs, oil and water.
Beat at low speed for 1 minute.
Sift together both flours and next 6 ingredients.
Add to pumpkin mixture.
Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Stir in raisins and nuts.
Spoon into lightly greased muffin pans (2 1/2-inch diameter).
Bake for 20 to 22 minutes.
