Alabama Venison Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground venison
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    3 Tbsp. powdered cumin
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 large hot peppers, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, mashed
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown meat; add all ingredients.
    Simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until desired thickness.
    Serve with crackers or cornbread.
