Barbara'S Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/3 c. sugar
1 9 in. pie plate lined with vanilla wafers
Preparation

Beat egg yolks well, stir in lemon juice until well blended. Stir egg mixture into milk, blend well.
Pour into pie plate. Beat egg whites, add cream of tartar, and sugar, beat until stiff. Pour on pie.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes until golden brown. Serves 6.
