Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1/8 tsp. salt
    6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. baking cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Fill smalll baking cups less than 1/2 full.
    Drop tablespoon of cream cheese mixture in the middle.
    Do not stir!!!
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes and cool.
    Refrigerate or freeze.
