Apricot Delite Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. pkg. apricot Jell-O
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 small jars baby food (apricot and tapioca)
9 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

In a saucepan, put apricot Jell-O (dry) with crushed pineapple (with juice).
Heat until boiling.
Take off stove and add cream cheese, which has been cut into small pieces.
Stir until cream cheese is melted.
Add baby food and put into refrigerator until congealed a little.
Then add Cool Whip and refrigerate until firm.
May be decorated with nuts and Mandarin oranges.
