Sweet And Sour Cabbage(German Style) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head red cabbage, thinly sliced
2 green apples, cored and cut into thin wedges
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a large skillet saute cabbage and apples in butter for 6 to 8 minutes until cabbage is tender-crisp.
With spoon stir in vinegar, sugar and salt.
Cook 2 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
