Cheese Chili Cubes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. (12 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    2 cans (4 oz.) mild green chilies, drain, seed and chop
Preparation
    In a large mixer bowl beat eggs with electric mixer until light, 4 to 5 minutes.
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add to eggs and mix well.
    Fold in Jack cheese, cottage cheese and chilies.
    Turn into greased 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes.
    Cut in small squares.
    Makes 3 to 4 dozen appetizers.
