Onion Baked Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. skinless fish fillets
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. original Ranch salad dressing mix (4/10 oz.)
    2 (3 oz. each) cans French fried onions, crushed
Preparation
    Cut fish fillets into serving size portions.
    Sprinkle salt. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and Ranch salad dressing mix.
    Dip fish into mixture, then roll in crushed onions.
