Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, cooked and drained
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 can chicken soup
    1 stick butter
    1 large carrot, grated
    1/4 pkg. herb seasoning stuffing (Pepperidge Farm)
    1 large onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cook squash, mash and season.
    Add sour cream, soup, butter, carrot, onion and add herb seasoning, crumbled.
    Spoon into well-greased casserole dish, size 9 x 12-inch.
    Spread a few herb seasoning crumbs to top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 8 to 12 servings.
