Yellow Pickled Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. sliced squash (use small squash, leave rind on)
    2 c. sliced onions
    2 c. sliced or diced peppers (green and/or red)
    2 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Prepare squash, onions and peppers.
    Let set for 1 hour.
    Boil vinegar, sugar, celery seed and mustard seed.
    Add squash and boil for 5 minutes.
    Place in jars.
    Seal.
