Garden Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. linguini
1/4 c. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. tomatoes, chopped
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
1/2 lb. fresh spinach, torn in pieces
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Heat oil in large frying pan and saute garlic and onion over medium heat for 2 minutes or until slightly golden.
Add tomatoes; stir and cook for 3 minutes.
