Frozen Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
2 ripe bananas, sliced
1/4 c. chopped pecans
2 pkg. frozen sliced strawberries
1 can dark sweet cherries, drained and cut in half

Preparation

Put sour cream, lemon juice, sugar and bananas in mixer and beat until smooth.
Fold in pecans, strawberries and cherries. Pour into large flat casserole and freeze.
Before serving, let set at room temperature for a short time; cut into squares and serve.
