Ingredients

1 bunch green onions, chopped
3 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
4 c. milk
salt and pepper

Preparation

Saute onion in butter; add flour and milk; blend smooth.
Add vegetable variation; blend to smooth.
