Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 lb. margarine
    pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    celery seed
    1/4 c. vinegar
    parsley
    boiling water
    1 to 2 soup spoons yellow mustard
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients; add celery seed.
    Add vinegar, parsley and boiling water; cook until thick.
    After dressing is cooked, remove from stove and add mustard.
    Pour over cooked, peeled potatoes.
    Add chopped celery and hard-cooked eggs.
