Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. grated raw carrots
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Combine carrots, oil, eggs and sugar.
In another bowl, combine all dry ingredients, except nuts.
Blend both carrot mixture and flour mixture together, then add nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
