Cheese Potatoes In The Microwave - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, unpeeled
8 Tbsp. margarine
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 c. chopped green onions, including tops
paprika for topping
Preparation

Pierce potatoes with a fork.
Do not peel.
Place in microwave on a paper towel.
Cook on High for 20 minutes or until done. Cool slightly; do not peel.
Slice and set aside.
Place margarine in glass microwave-safe bowl.
Cook at High for 2 to 3 minutes to melt.
Remove from oven and stir in cheese.
When cheese melts, add sour cream, salt, pepper and onions.
Gently stir cheese mixture into potatoes.
Spoon in microwave-safe 8 x 10-inch baking dish.
Top with paprika.
Cook, uncovered, on High power for 7 to 8 minutes.
Serves 8.
