Sauerkraut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. water
    1 c. sauerkraut, drained and chopped or cut up into small pieces
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add margarine, sugar and vanilla. Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and soda; add this mixture to the first mixture, alternating with water. Stir in sauerkraut; mix. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until center is barely set. This is very moist.
